Rebirth Methods In Post 9/11 USA

Rebirth methods in the post 9/11 USA

DISCLAIMER: I haven't tried any of this, I won't, I don't recommend anyone else try it.

The most common, effective, and well known method of assuming a new name is the Dead Infant method, in which one assumes the identity of someone who died as a child.

Step number one:

You need to find yourself an identity to assume. You do this by searching through death records, the more obscure, the better. You need someone who died before the age of 18, preferably before 12, and it's probably not a good idea to use an identity of someone who died after 16. You should avoid the California death index, and any other online death indexes, for the reason that they are so readily availible, someone may already be using the identity you want.

Step number two:

You need to obtain their death certificate. If it lists the social security number, it's a little easier, but then again, it would be easier for someone else to use the same identity. Anyway, search the social security death index for them, and if they are on it, start over. There are many websites that you can use to do a free search of the social security death index, i'm sure a google seach will turn up dozens. The death certificate should list the place of birth.

Step number 3:

You will need to set up a maildrop in that name. A mail boxes etc. should work, but since you don't want this to obviously be a mail drop, find an abandoned house, and get the mail forwarded from that address to the mail boxes etc box. To set up the MBE account, you will need some sort of id. Nothing you can't print out on a computer easily. Someone high school age should have no probems opening the box with a fake learner's permit, which at least in massachusetts, are just a piece of paper, and some mail addressed to that name and the address you claim to live at. I'm sure you can think up some sort of ID that they will take and you can whip up with nothing but a computer and inkjet printer.

Step number 4:

Obtain some sort of real identification in that name. A prepaid credit card is great, as you can use it to order the birth certificate. You will want to order this to a mail drop. Never have anything like this sent to your house. Here is a list of prepaid cards you can use both to order the birth certificate with. You will want to pick one that looks like a regular card instead of a gift card. They usually don't verify the info you give them.

Ecount MasterCard www.ecount.com iGen Master Card www.mymccard.com Liquidcard Mastercard www.theliquidcard.com VISA Buxx visa www.visabuxx.com Citi(R) Cash Card Mastercard https://www.cashcard.citicards.com/index.cfm Webcertificate Mastercard http://www.webcertificate.com/webcert/ AmeriOne Mastercard http://amerionecard.com AAA Stored Value Visa Visa https://www.storedvalue.aaa.com Global Cash MasterCard http://www.maxpages.com/atmcreditcard CashX Virtual Visa http://www.cashx.com/Home/home.asp CrewAccount PrePaid MasterCard http://www.crewaccount.com/ SUPERCHARGE™ DEBIT MASTERCARD® www.blackstoneonline.com Netspend Mastercard www.netspend.com/public/ Visa Payroll Visa http://www.usa.visa.com/personal/cards/visa_payroll.html National City Gift Card Visa http://www.nationalcity.com/personal/creditcard/giftcard.asp Fleet Visa Gift Cards Visa https://www.fleetgiftcards.com/fleetclient/start.do Bank of America PrePaid Spending Visa https://www.bankofamericagiftcard.com/ index.cfm?pageid=g60&CFID=1&CFTOKEN=6A2C984F68E685DBA7FD2FA8493EF72F&CFSEQ=1&category=PREPAID_SPENDING

Step number 5:

Use your prepaid card to order the birth certificate to your drop. If it's stamped deceased, start over.

Step number 6:

You need to order a duplicate social security card to the drop. If you have the SSN from the death certificate, it's that much easier. If you don't, you can call the social security administration, and pose as the person. Say you forgot your social security number, and you need it to get a new job. If they won't give it to you, try again at a different time or a different office. If you find out that the person was never issued a number, it's easier to start over. Once you have the social security number, do another search on the social security death index to make sure that the number isn't listed as deceased, just listed with the wrong name so it didn't show in your previous searches.

Step number 7:

Use the prepay card to order a credit report on your new identity to your drop. You will want to make sure nobody else is useing it.

Step number 8:

You should now have a birth certificate, a social security card, and a prepay mastercard or visa in your new name. You can whip up a few fake utility bills and mail in that name, and go to the DMV and get yourself a license. If the person was old enough to possibly have had a license or permit when they died, you might want to do this in a state that doesn't have the newer digital ID systems, in case they could bring the person's picture up. It's a good idea to use someone that DEFINITELY didn't have a license, ID or permit, because they may still be able to bring up a physical description. You probably should avoid states that use facial recognition, take a fingerprint, or anything like that. You should probably still avoid states that use digital ID systems, because they would have a digital picture of you on file.

You now have a driver's license, birth certificate, social security card, and prepaid credit card in your new name. You should now try to get credit in your new name if you want it, if you don't, well it's that much easier. If you need a passport it might be best to wait 6 months or so before applying, seeing as all your documents would have been issued very recently, all around the same time. It probably isn't neccesary, but it's a good idea.
