Pill ID
I already tried drugs.com with no results. Anyways i found half a pill inside a bag with two suboxone in it. The pill is white and an elongated oval in shape and on one side it has 88 on it and a cross on the other side seems like its the right half of the pill and there is probably more writing if it was full. Any help?
P.S. I'm going to sell the subs because I've done them before and it wasn't pleasant, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this pill

This^? Those are subutex, much better then suboxones. It contains only buprenorphine, no naloxone.

Yea actually, people around here can get rid of 'em for $20 for one 8mg pill. I've heard of 'em going for that price other places too and it seems a pretty fair price. Just make sure people know not to snort those suboxones (but you can snort the white one, never made me nauseous.)

Re: Pill ID
Yeah I snorted a full 8mg Sub before and I was fucked for a few days but i was puking everywhere. I've just got a bag of pill I'll probably end up selling them. I have 2 8mg Suboxone, that half Subutex, 4 30 mg Adderall, and 4 .5mg Xanax. Not much but I'll make a few bucks.

Buprenorephine has a higher affinity for mu opioid receptors than naloxone does. You can eat them, snort them, or shoot 'em if you really want. The naloxone is just a scare tactic.

Yes, bup does clog up all your receptors, but naloxone (I'm not sure exactly how it works) isn't absorbed sublingually, but it can be absorbed through the mucous membranes. And everytime I've snorted suboxones, I've always gotten nauseous, but with subutex, I've never gotten that from snorting 'em.

Re: Pill ID
Yeah when I snorted that Suboxone half the naseua I had was because of the taste of the pill from the drip.

Naloxone is an opiate antagonist, which means that is blocks opes from hitting receptor sites and rips out the ones that are already in them. This is why naloxone precipitates withdrawl in someone who is dependant.
Buprenorephine, however is a stronger agonist than naloxone is an antagonist. This means that even though naloxone tries to block bupe and tries to pull it out of the receptor sites, the naloxone is unable. Therefore, it is not important if the naloxone is absorbed or not, because it doesnt have any effect even if it is absorbed.
Also, the only way that naloxone could cause nausea is if you are dependant on opiates and it precipitates withdrawl. Otherwise, naloxone would actually prevent nausea by stopping your opiate from causing it. So, even though you may have had a few experiences getting nauseaus from suboxone and not from subutex, this is most likely due to other factors besides the naloxone.
