- A lot of people like to point out that my alias has "punk" in it as if that somehow invalidates anything I have to say. I made this back in early 2004, before most of you even heard of totse. This is also the first forum I ever joined and the first time I needed to think up an alias. I like punk music so I went with that. I realize now that the name is pretty stupid, but I've kept it for 4 years, people know me by it, its got character and history, I normally go by PR22, ect, ect.
Totse is one of the best places on earth. It has taught me more then any book, any class room, any parent, or any friend. It may seem like a shithole at times, but no other forum, no other website, even comes close to comparing to it. This place has character, its older than google, its older then most of you (started in 1989). Many of the users seem wacked out, but plenty of them are quite intelligent. You spend time in the specialized forums outside SG and the things you learn are amazing. - Interests
- I can safely that everything I know about politics, religion, humanity, morality, and so on have been irrevocably and immensely altered by this temple of the screaming electron.
I love this place. I loved seeing how its grown over the past 7 years that I've been here (lurked for a long while). I love meeting new members (Who else remembers the first time Infrared posted or all those crazy stories about Paigey, Zek, Wintermute, and so on). Back when we had notse I think I wrote about 2/3 of the articles in the wiki. This place is always here when you're bored. There is always someone here to talk to whom you know to be far smarter then yourself (not often true in the real world). This place is incredible. I love you totse, never leave me.
