That is, are you the same size flaccid as when you are hard, just soft or do you actually increase in size when you get a hard on?

While I think calling a flaccid 4 inch dick small is a little over the top I wouldn't doubt the growth but I don't think you have a penis.

They are out there, I just don't think they're as common as "growers".
