Well I know that I can't really sleep on my back anymore as as soon as I fall asleep my own snores wake me. I've tried sleeping on the couch to get away from myself...it doesn't work.

I'm thinking of using something to tie my mouth closed? What I don't know. It has to be something elastic & comfortable.
