Sprinting multiple sets of 200-400 meters will do quite a bit for you. Did you miss the second bit that says "sculpting?"

If you want to get technical: When I began running track way back in high school I gained over 20 lbs in the first few months. (which seems more ridiculous than it us, but I was 5"8 and 115.)
