I think it's the pollution, and the stuff they put in the water. I live in the country part of Massachusetts now, and the girls don't really seem to start puberty until around 10-12. i remember seeing an article a few years ago saying how it was still partially do to cows (among other animals we eat) due to the growth hormones. however, it was not the milk, but the meat that caused the puberty to hit earlier. it would make some sense, i suppose.
