I have this idea to cause parkinglot anarchy, heres what ya need:

Dark clothes, preferably black.

A backpack, with good straps.

Medium sized rocks, nothing that can kill somebody by falling on them. Somewhere between paintball and golfball sized.

Try to pick a cloudy night, or with a new moon. Climb on a building with a somewhat crowded parkinglot at night, preferably Wallmart (idk how, just use a ladder if nothing else can be done) I just thought this up so if Wallmart isnt open all night, then find something that is w/ a big parking lot.

Once you're on, take the rocks and throw them on the cars. Try throwing them upwards, to hide the direction they're coming from.

Other info:

Rocks are best, but use other objects, bouncy balls, golf balls, paint balls, whatever you want.

If you're going to use fireworks (Firecrackers, M-80s, etc) find a way to the fuse light wont give you away. if M-80s are the weapons, use a film canister to hide the fuse or something of the sort.
