Whilst I appreciate your pride in your healthy looking child, I'd be cautious of posting pictures of her on totse..
There's only a few parents on the oul boards and the rest of us (as awesome as I am.. I'm probably not the average totse member) might be a bit wierd towards pictures of her.

My parents had a son before me, who died before he was born, but was still "born" by caesarean section. My parents took photos of him when he was born, and tbh, in the photos he looks like a "normal" dead baby.
Whilst those "shock" pictures (which i gather are real) are of an undeveloped foetus, some parents certainly take pictures when childbirth etc goes wrong. It's just natural I guess, to keep a memory. My parents still have their pictures, and they always remember the day this "brother" of mine died. I don't think it's that odd.
Pretty fucked up that someone would get their thrills through trolling with the pics, but as i've only seen the photoshop of the baby in the PC, I really don't know what i'm meant to expect. I'm sure they aren't too nice, and would make me feel pretty empty, but generally it takes quite a lot to really make me feel really shitty online... I have a suspicion these kinda pix could be one of those things that do it...
