Can a woman rape a man?
Ok here is our question we have been pondering this and need your opinions.
Raping a man (if you are a woman) will be one of two things:
1. Not possible because it would be like "Shoving a marshmallow in a parking meter."
Or
2. Not really rape because you "Cant rape the willing" meaning if he is aroused he just might be willing.
Tell us your opinion! We want answers!

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
Something a lot of people don't know about rape: It starts off as rape, often turns consensual, and then afterwards the woman feels so violated that she secretly wants to be raped that she has to report the shit to maintain her delusion of dignity.
Considering how much more openly sexual men are, I highly doubt a man could be raped by a female, unless he was 100% gay and couldn't even get erect from being in a vagina (highly doubt that!)

A little esoteric, but still very possible.

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
is possible for a woman to rape man. all the girl has to do is play with my dick while forcing me down shit that'll get me hard and if she's a big girl all she has to do is jump on top of me ride it or for an easier one just get me real drunk.

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
Yes, it's possible. When a woman gets raped, it isn't always with a man's penis, it can be with blunt (or sharp) objects. I'm guessing the same is true for women raping men - the back door is always an option. I know that as a girl who's had something unwanted forcefully shoved inside her... natural lubrication comes kind of as a method of self defense. The fact that I started to get wet didn't mean I was turned on, it meant that my body was trying to protect itself from being ripped apart.
Maybe it works the same way for erections, just the body's natural response? I wouldn't know, I'm not a guy.
But, I still say it's possible for a girl to rape a guy.

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
I remember reading about a male stripper that was hired for a party. They gave him "water" that was really ghb or some other tastless drug(i dont remember which drug it was) and being high, had sex with one of the girls there and she got pregnant. I consider that rape.

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
This is an interesting subject and I've done a little research for you...
A woman cannot rape a man according to UK law. I'm not sure about American law specifically but rape is defined by the UK as:
'gender-specific crime'
'a male person having vaginal sexual intercourse with a femaleperson by force'
I was already under the impression that rape was gender specific techincally, but what I was not aware of was that it is specifically vaginal penetration.
'What have come to be known graphically as oral sex and anal sex donot qualify as rape'
I would assume that these two crimes are covered under sexual assualt as opposed to rape.
This all came from a scottish parliament research notes, and the quotes i've outlined here apply to the whole of the UK. The law only differs from the countries in the UK in the question of consent and 'carnal knowledge' of the female.
Perhaps it's different in the US, but here in the UK a woman cannot rape a man.
Here's my source:
http://66.102.9.104/search?q=cache:LKFeez0ELHoJ:www.scottish.parliamen t.uk/business/research/pdf_res_notes/rn01-46.pdf+english+law+definition+of+rape&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=uk

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
Legally I don't have a fucking clue.
In actuality, if we are ignoring anal-rape with a strap-on or the like altogether as you seem to be, I'd say it's possible but extremely unlikely and rare(if it's ever actually happened at all). If we include anal-rape it's definitely possible, probably still rare but a lot less so than if we don't.

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
a few years ago (5+ I think) a women was for the first time prosecuted for rape in the UK, how ever it was against another women when the women in question helped held down a women being raped by a man.
showing legaly a women can be convicted despite the gender specificiton of rape (in the U.K) , so possibly if a women vs man case came up a judge may intrepret the law in the man's favor.

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
I spose a good question to ask is what is the definition of rape? Is it the actual act of penetration? Does it include oral and anal sex? At what stage of the whole process does it become rape?
Which of the following are rape?
* A woman putting her hands down a guys pants, despite him telling her no.
* A woman forcing a guys pants off, and felating him.
* A woman forcing her vagina onto his mouth.
* A woman forcing a broomstick up a guys arse.
* A woman riding a guy consentually, then the guy telling her to stop, but she forces him to stay there.
* A woman holding a gun to a guys head, and basically saying fuck me or die.
Cheers,
Chump

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
A friend of mine started grinding on my cock and putting my hand on her cooch and she was kinda ugly and fat so....I just pushed her off and walked away. That was just awkward. And if she had managed to hold me down and I didn't want whatever she did, that would be rape or assault. Even if I enjoyed it I still didn't want it.
Rape is a more serious crime than beating the shit out of someone because of the psychological effects, not physical. While if a women just goes with the flow of rape she probably won't be hurt to bad, just a little sore, and may even enjoy it a bit. That doesn't mean it won't fuck up her head horribly. Whereas if you get in a fight and lose, it will hurt a fuckload but you won't lose more than a bit of bragging rights.

Like getting wet or an orgasm its a bodily function and not totally under control of the one occupy said body. So yes a man can get raped (according to the law as well), and he could cum. Doesn't change from when it could happen to a women. There have been documented cases of it.

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
While you say that it may be rape to begin with, once he becomes aroused that its not longer rape, thats not true.
Its a natural, involuntary action. When you rape a woman, of course her vaginal juices are going to being to flow, the vagina can't tell whether it's consentual or not.
So yeah, I think it is possible.

No, an erection is not a natural response as in the same sense as a females body protecting itself. Erections are completely up to the discretion of whether or not you are sexually aroused... If a dirty ugly girl that you just would not bang tried to get you hard, you simply just wouldn't. If you are hard, that means you are sexually aroused and willing, therefore not considered rape... If you were unwilling, you would me "scared" I guess, if you are "scared" you are not going to get hard.

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
According to practical law class (Police rape expert came into calss), which I took in 1997 and in Michigan;
Rape is considered any forced penetration or any orifice with any object. There does not even have to be sexual enjoyment out of it to have it considered. So a male can be raped up his butt or mouth. But a man can not be raped by being forced to have sex vaginally with a woman, because she is the one being penetrated. In addition, strictly on a technical basis, giving someone a wet willy can be rape.
That was 10 years ago, and might be a Michigan thing, so take this with a grain of salt.

Not typically. Most of the time for me anyways it's triggered by a sexual thought.... I can't personally think of any involuntary erections I've ever had. In my experience they are thought triggered and not just for no reason.

If I got raped by a woman, she'd have to weigh at least three times as much and be 5' taller than me if I were to admit it. Rape might have devastating effects on a woman, but could you imagine what it could do to a guy?

Completely wrong. Besides the case of being aroused against your will (were I forced to watch a beautiful woman strip, for instance, I'd probably get an erection whether or not I wanted to or not), spontaneous erections are common for most males (especially through puberty).
Your penis doesn't know if you want to bang the person playing with it or not.

You've never had an involuntary sexual thought? I'd think you would if you were pinned down and fondled, whether or not you really wanted to have sex.
Of course, according to the Totse consensus, males always want to have sex with everything so this is impossible. I guess I'm the only monogamous guy here

Re: Can a woman rape a man?
Yes, it's possible. Someone mentioned viagra, others anal penetration be it with a strap on, finger, other object etc. But really, it's not much harder for a man to sexually violate a woman than it is for a woman to do the same to a man. If by rape you specifically mean vaginal intercourse it's tricker, but still just as possible, otherwise it's open to deliberation what constitutes as rape.

Men are the only ones capable of commiting rape.
Men are also the only ones capable of being raped.
Women seem to think that saying no first makes it rape. And then -maybe- they'll cry for a few minutes after.
If a mans being raped, you damn well better believe that he's going to fight it with everything he has.

of course its possible, women have been tried and convicted of it.
being aroused doesn't constitute being willing, same as a girl who's being raped can and often does orgasm, its a natural response from the body, you can't control it. but you can control whether or not your want to have sex, if your forced into it then it doesn't matter if you got off or not, its still rape.

Umm, yes. It's entirely possible to rape a man.
Don't get me wrong, your "if it responds physiologically, it's not rape" hypotheosis is every rapists wet dream, regardless of gender... it's not only possible, but *easily* possible, to force someone to repeat orgasm, no matter how much they don't want to be there. It's an entirely physical response.
...'n to those with the "pussy is pussy" argument... try to replace it with "pussy with aids is pussy."
