Today she ate meatballs and they tasted like tomatoes.

She's feeling nauseous and feels pain around her... Special area.

She eats a lot, she usually eats nothing. Her breasts are tender.

The thing is though, she'd never had her period ever, until just recently. I don't know if that's something that can be caused simply by pregnancy?

Sigh... I don't know what I want with this thread. I'm completely lost, this is gonna kill my life. Her parents are gonna hate me, so are mine and everyone's gonna know me and my 16 year old gf had an abortion.

I'm 20 by the way. I love my girlfriend a lot, but we're not ready for a kid. We both want to get an education and all that...

I think it's best to perhaps contact a family planning clinic and make an appointment for you and your g/f. They can talk you through all the options and help you organise whichever option you choose. Are you in England/US or somewhere else?

those could just be pms symptoms. have her take a birth control test. and don't be like "omg im too ashamed to buy one" because there's nothing shameful about it. if she the birth control test comes up that she's pregnant, have her see an ob/gyn to retest and discuss options. if it comes up that she's not pregnant, wait a week and do it again just to be safe.

also, have you been using protection? oh wait, you said she'd never gotten her period, so you thought it was ok not to....gosh, olaf. i hope she's not pregnant.

If you're not sure, than try and get an early abortion. Preferably sooner than later.

If you have used protection then chances are you are relatively safe. And even if the doctor is related, he has an unbinding oath to not reveal anything about her, unless her life is in imminent danger. And you could argue being pregnant isn't. Anyway, it probably is just her body reacting to puberty, as it seems she is a late-comer. If you were really 99% sure she was pregnant, I expect you would have already bought a test and rang up abortion clinics (if that's your thing), before posting on totse. I assume that in your mind you are more 40-60% sure that she is pregnant. But according to what you have said, I doubt she is. Good luck either way.

And it's far more likely that she's just still developing than it is that she's pregnant. Tender breasts don't make a girl pregnant.

You googled the symptoms, and interpreted them in a panicked state of mind - try and tell yourself that your judgement is going to be seriously unreliable until this matter is settled for definite.

I believe you're letting paranoia getting to your logic. Go to an OBGYN or get a test on your own. At least you two have had that little scare and hopefully you'll be more cautious in the future.

If pregnancy is the case then I recommend abortion, or adoption. You two made a mistake. It's alright. A very big one, but you're not the only couple to make it. In whatever case, no matter how stressful it get, stay there for her. It will pay off in due time.

If she only recently started having her menstrual cycle, that would explain the tender breasts and increased eating. Those are tell-tale signs of a girl on the rag.

While they CAN be signs of pregnancy, I wouldn't bet on it. I am basing this assessment off of the limited information you have given, of course.

Damnit, thank you so much, I needed to hear that. I'm just glad you actually understand it, that I'm not a horrible person and that I share my shortcomings not because I'm proud of them but more like hoping someone can give me some advice. Okay so maybe I say stuff in a cold cynical way at times, but that's just to be totse'ish and cos it sounds funny that way. I can't help but chucke when people say 'I love my girl, I just wish she wasn't so fat'. It's not that I have anything against overweight people and would never say anything mean to a chubby person. I just figured this was totse and people would like, get it...

I would never dislike someone just because Kate talks shit about them. She's about the single-most morally defunct person I have ever met. Not to mention she's perpetually PMSing.

As a matter of fact, I haven't liked a single person she is close to. This means I would probably like B-Phaze just fine.

But my liking him has nothing to do with seeing his dilemma, and offering him some advice he can actually use, instead of ridiculing him for living his life.

As for the Kate flame war, I don't normally post in any of the forums she does, but when I do see her posts, they are typically insults against other people.

And does that mean she always does this? No, but this is what I've noticed.

In this case however, she is being a complete bitch, regardless of how much of an asshole the OP may or may not be, that still does not distract from the very serious situation. We are talking about a 16 year old pregnant girl, this is not something to be taken lightly.

I have TRIED being nice to the OP before. Please, you don't know the history we have, and people have agreed with me about this.

OP - Don't worry about it, she's just getting her period. It'll be really out of whack for awhile. Even if she doesn't get her period, it does not mean she is pregnant. Periods can be VERY irregular especially at the beginning. Follow everyones advice and get to a clinic or get a pregnancy test.

I'm 16 and my man is 20. I'm pregnant. We worried about it at first but now it's all good. I'm going to graduate early and my man works at the jail so he makes pretty good money right now. Eh yeah I don't like the thought of abortion, but at the same time I don't like the thought of my gf just staying home with the kid rather than getting any kinda education, while I'm out doing my shitty ass fish job for the rest of my life. We're just both the kinda people who really really wanna do something like that with ourlives, get a nice job and all. Then we can have kids.
