If she is 18 and you're 16 just get her to make a statement (if it should go to the police) that the sex was consensual. Not a lot they can do then even if her mother attempts to press the issue.

Now here is what you do. You have to ruin her crediblity. When shes not at home, go in there on their home PC, and look up child porn, as much as possible, do it over a 3 week period. I'm sure it won't be hard to hack a simple password. Make sure you don't leave prints on the keyboard, and that no one sees you enter the house, a couple of days before court call the cops from a pay phone telling them that you say someone that blank address through the window looking at child porn or something that would make an innocent bystand be credible.
