my fiance is fat. i love her very much. when we first got together, she was smoking. she is still beautiful in my eyes, just chunky. this is affecting our sex life heavily. i exercise all the time. i walk at least 6 miles a day. how do i tell her to get off her fat fucking ass and come exercise with me?

encourage her with the right foods, buy her a step/ pace moniter, buy her some new running shoes and equipment. tell her to come with you on some sunny days to go for a jog outside. make her WANT to excersize. if she loves you too, shell accept the truth, put it behind her, and attempt to make a difference.

Eh.. I had really good luck in that I was able to tell the girl that "you're getting a bit pudgy", I still get sex, and she started walking a lot more. Win/win. But a rare outcome. Usually, you're sleeping on the couch.
