You can't get rid of them. If its an actual cold sore (Herpes Symplex Virus) then there is no cure for it. Sorry bud.
I'm sure glad I don't get them.
PS. If you get them, don't engage in any type of oral sex. Its very contagiuos (kissing will pass it on) and can be passed to the genitals very easily.

Get some cream for it.

I have some abreava but it sure was expensive $15.99 for 0.7 oz. Is there anything else i can do to help it heal faster.
