http://uscis.gov/graphics/index.htm Immigration Services' website is a great place to start. In advance, thank you for trying to immigrate legally, I don't care what your nationality is. If your Mexican or from a country that normally crosses over illegally, I appreciate it even more. Best of luck to ya!

Actually I'd get U.S. citizenship first then if you chose to, reside in a foreign country, like Canada.
