A soda machine can hold a lot of cash. We emptied the one at our hardware store weekly and usually got a little under a hundred bucks out of it. Though sometimes we would have to refill the sodas before then.

You would definitely need some kind of forklift and a big van. You would have to do it in the middle of the night and target outdoor machines. Now that I think of it, if you find a good secluded spot with an outdoor vending machines (like in small towns) it's not that hard to pull off.

If you didnt keep it to put somewere else It would be best if you put it in the middle of the freewayon a long open stretch. I am not sure you understand the comedy of someone seeing a pepsi machine staring them down. imobile in the center of the road. The randomness would be enough to cause heart attacks. That is not true My parents owned coke and pepsi machines in the year 2000 that were made the year 2000 and they bought them from the company. They also went and bought the coke to fill them from grocery stores and costco when ever they were on sale. Machines hold around 50-200 in cash at any given time. Honestly not worth robbing for the penalty and not worth doing for the labor. (I am the type of person that wants 50 an hour or more altho im not a hoe or stripper )

You should steal them if they are outside though and ebay them dont ever sell to some near area pawn dealers are told. and about the machines i would just drill and replace the locks probably get minimum 750 per machine most likely way more

How?? Drilling does not remove the shroud, it mearly destroys the core and allows you to open the door? Where do you obtain the replacement core AND shroud?? I know that Coke machine cores are not availiable through common locksmiths. Are you sure your parents machines weren't either re-badged generics, or de-commisioned Cokes with THEIR locking systems replaced? Again, all big-brand (Coke,Pepsi,etc) vending machines I've seen used proprietary equipment. ---Were do you get repacements??

heh didn't mean to start a corporate policy debate here. anyway, we probably don't have the equipment or efficiency right now to get a soda machine, but i really like the idea of something like the giant M... the place i work at has a hot air balloon (just the balloon no basket) on top of it... i would love to get my hands on that. only problem is its at a busy intersection and i don't really feel like potentially getting fired for stealing a balloon.

you should do what some guys over here did a while back:

hire the driving part of a semi.
go to a place that has the backs of semi trailers, like a shipping yard or something, then just hook your driving part up to a trailer and drive off.

you might be lucky enough to get an electronics shipment or something.

The vending machine may be delivered with two men and a dolly, but keep in mind most vending machines are delivered empty. If you have enough people though, you could definately pull it off.

A good way to steal soda machines is to go and rent a uhaul van. The dollies and rope are already in the back. Those glass-front snack machines would have more money in them, because the shit costs more.

Or go to the walmart garden center and steal a skid of fertalizer. or a forklift from homedepot.

Just have a few friends go in in groups of 2-3 or individually and slowly occupy all the sales staff's attention. If you go during the late morning/early afternoon on weekdays, there'll only be a couple people in the whole dark store. Just pick up a board nearest to the exit, and casually walk out with it.

Steal a shitload of paint. 50 buckets or so. Take them to the top of a large building and pour them all out. Don't drop the whole thing, that would just be a dickhead move. It will create a real cool art pattern especially if the street has a steep incline. Massive urban artwork is the shit.
