I've got more shit, but no pictures to go with it (Virus!). I hope to have some soon quote: Originally posted by Infectedgoose: What kind of headphones are those. Technics?
Technics RP-DH1200 AMAZING headphones for club use.. comfortable, clear, can get VERY loud (if needed), and seals off external noise. Not to mention they've got a detatchable cord and you can replace the earpads. Also, comfortable to wear at weird angles, like the on-the-shoulder-cueing that some DJs do. (I always just took one earphones and put it behind my ear anyways). They're what I give to my vocalists as well, for recording. I reccomend em, easially. I can crank the bass enough to vibrate my head and still have it sound good, which is something that a lot of headphones lack. They give a nice, flat output too, something that my Rolands lack (too many mids) [This message has been edited by Kai (edited 03-17-2006).]

Son of a bitch! I was looking for some high quality headphones with detachable cables. My older Sennheisers had that function, but the thin cable kept breaking. So I tried some Sennheiser 280's, and they sucked. Now i'm on Sony MDR-7506's and I love them more than any headphones i've ever owned, but detachable cables are great. How much were those puppies?

I like how the cable once it plugs in, if you twist it it locks it into the headphones so it doesn't come out if you pull on it. It's a nice sturdy cable too, so it's not going to break on you if you yank on it. $140 I think is about what they go for retail. I got mine for a tad less because I've dropped a huge stack of cash buying my decks from the same place so I got a deal on em [This message has been edited by Kai (edited 03-17-2006).]

Nothing really special. Yamaha RBX bass with three strings currently (broke one the other day) and my lovely 30 year old yamaha acoustic. The amp is a 210 watt Peavey combo. The only thing not pictured is my throat, mouth, tongue, and voice box.

Sony makes plenty of headphones with detachable cables, though I wouldn't recommend them or any other Sony product!!

Re: post your instruments.
I LOVE these Sonys. They sounds great, and are the most comfortable headphones i've ever owned. Full cup, slight outside noise reduction (I hate a lot of outside noise reduction), very flexible overhead metal band, and comfortable pads. The only phones I can possibly imagine liking more are the Beyerdynamics, but since I don't have 300 bucks, i'll never see them.
