Help? That's what reading is for buddy. there are plenty of resources all over the web. You need to start reading and learning some of the basics.. not just about cookin' chili but just chem in general. There is a guy in the thread below this I believe who I really have respect for. He came and read.. read some more.. read some more... Finally did something and had some problems and got help after that. He did exactly what we hope the majority of them members here would do. Learn something, try it out, learn from experience. it's not hard. We can't hold your dicks for you every step of the way. That's not my job. I've done it a few times but I don't have the time or the patience to do that for every tom dick and harry that rolls through here. Best of luck.
