Mods I think we should take the time to educate some of the newer folks around here about some of the most famous "Meth Myths" floating around here.

1. No mixture of Gun Bluing/Ammonia/Roofing Tar/Charcoal buried or not buried in a hole will make M.A.

2. Spraying Raid on an electrified grid of wires will NOT yield M.A.

3. Meth does not just Magically appear from colemans fuel somehow.

ARGON GAS can be used in place of anhydrous ammonia.

Argon gas was rumored to be useful in place of anhydrous ammonia; however, this myth was based on the fact that a company called "Airgas" manufactures a high-purity form of anhydrous ammonia called "ammonia blue."

CARPENTER'S CHALK contains red phosphorus that can be used in the red phosphorus production method.

Commercial red carpenter's chalk closely resembles red phosphorus but cannot be used in place of red phosphorus.

"Strike Anywhere" match heads contain phosphorus sulphide, oxidizing agents, powdered glass, and glue. Red phosphorus cannot be extracted from the matchheads.

the gun bluing thing is a real bitch. ive heard and keep hearing about this particular method. you dont have to take it from me but heres what ive found.
i tried this bullshit several different ways, buried the shit for 21 days, the whole 9 yards.
i did some serious research on this shit, mainly because i wanted to come back on this site and post that all the o.g.'s were wrong and i was fuckin right. alright and also because i thoght id be nigger rich white trash by takin this simple ez way out.
this is what i came up with.

- this method will not, absolutely will not produce D in any way remotely possible .
- it will, if the right gun bluing is used(and the shit has been out of production for several years now, so good luck) and you follow the "procedure" of one of the fairy tale ways, you will get some growth to occur. this growth is a somewhat complicated crystalization process that i have a hard time understanding in the chem books and ultimately ended up walking away from this whole crazy mess frustrated. not to mention my pride stung a lil bit when i had to come back here and admit that.....well you get the point.
the reason i chose to elaborate on this particular urban legend is because i keep hearing about it constantly. the thing is is that all these people talking about it know someone who knows someone who does it this way. yeah right. i have yet to actually see even a small bit of proof from myself or anyone as to the validity of this "process".

The blueing method was published by some book in HIGH TIMES in the 70's.

It was laundry bluing, amminio, salt poured over charcoal. It does make some crystal formations. Definetly pretty but not a drug.
