hmmm im tryin to get a way to put a hole into glas without breaking it, anyone ever done this , i have little to no money to do it with either so im gonna have to go mcguyver on it, any ideas

You need a torch, one that fits a propane canister or map gas is best. You just pin point with the flame where you want the hole and then you blow. If your trying to blow a bubble you need to keep turning the glass keeping all sides of the area evenly heated and blow while turning. If you stop turning while you blow that will be where the hole will appear.

I have saw in a movie a guy who cutting glass with a tool to cut ceramic...does it could work???

Yeah, you could use a glass cutter for some things. You just "score" the glass, and then pop it out. But heat is much easier and offers greater chance of success.

first of all id like to say- all you regs that have already replied to this thread- wow are you guys breakin shit left and right or what? ok, before i go any further, id like to tell my qualifications for the info im about to give.
i worked at a neon shop for about 4 years. although i wasnt the glass blower i was the lone installer, and lets just say one of the accounts we had at my shop was all the subway sandwich stores in my state and most of the state next door.
i am however very good friends with the glass blower and since ive been a tweek for around ten years, believe me ive spent a few hours in front of the shop torches and my own personal home torches. so theres my credentials.
now if your just trying to blow a pipe just get your tube of glass, yer torch(map gas burns hotter than propane and although a bit more exspensive, is far more superior), and heat up one end(if both ends are open, close one with a pair of junk scissors or pliers, to ensure the end is closed with no tiny openings that allow air in). the very tip of the torches flame is the hottest, and spin the tube to evenly heat up the end. now when the tubes end is glowing red and about a 1/2 inch down, blow softly into the cool end(hey youd be suprised how many buttfucks there are in the world). when a nice size bubble blows out take the pipe and heat in one spot on the bubble and blow hard a small hole in the bubble. wa-lah..... let cool, insert only legal(of course) substances and try not to chew your own ear off.
some other tips
1- if both ends are raw(not factory cut and polished) dont cut yer lips up. take yer torch and polish one end. meaning heat up the mouth end red hot and let cool. those sharp round ends will be nice and smooth and good for spinning in your lips.
2-if your glass tube is long and youd like to make more than 1 pipe with it take a file and file a small mark where you want the tube to be cut and tap the side your about to use lightly and it should break off cleanly(dont forget to polish raw end). or heat up red hot in spot whrer you want the tube to be cut and twist off of the long stick and blow yer pipe.
3- dont use lead based glass such as neon glass etc.. the shit is bad for ya. if your using a candy thermometer or some shit like that make sure theres no mercury on your shit or say bye-bye to your life.
4-dont be a fuckin dumbass use yer brain god gave ya. if you gotta problem with lightin a match or are really burnt out let someone who is a little more intelligent blow yer shit for ya.
5- like anything practice and trial and error are the key to perfecting anything so be safe, be smart, and get spun. ok.....?done.

now if your lookin to make a homemade bong outta a jack daniels bottle or a glass vase or some shit like that, put yer fuckin torches away. otherwise yer askin for a hot glass exsplosion or for a crack(s) on whatever your tryin to put a hole in. trust me it wont work unless you know how to evenly cool the glass down or own a torch that most of us cant get our hands on that blows wicked hot. and even then you gotta know how to cool the glass down. if you have sucessfully blown a hole with a regular torch tip in a jack bottle or something like that your a lucky motherfucker and i dare you to try it again.
look go to any hardware store buy these drill bits that are made for drilling ceramic and glass. the look like they got a spade(like the ace of spades) on the end or their shaft. buy some small ones and some large ones. small ones for piolots and big ones to achieve the size hole yer looking for. remember to never drill the bit yer using all the way through the glass, itll probably bind as its about to go through and break or crack your shit. also use a drill that has low r.p.m.s. the slower you drill the better, trust me.
if you want a bigger hole grab your dremmel put on a reddish brown tip and sand the hole to the size you want.

MAPP torch or HFl acid for etching (highly discouraged... read up on it) are the only two practical methods aside from using a glasscutter.
