jeff hunter is the absolute monarch, the mods are his police, the regulars are like the proletariat, there are some regulars who have a lot of posts and are well liked and have a fanbase, they are the bourgoise middle-classes. the spammers are the criminal classes, the noobs are the peasants, who's lives are cheap(they get banned easily).

this is clearly not a democratic system, if the marxist theory of social evolution is to be believed, this is a fuedal system. maybe in a few years time this virtual society will progress to capitalism (where maybe modship and extra posts can be bought???) fuck knows. then maybe if the proles seize control and jeff hunter is banned!! totse will become a socialist utopia where even the mere noobs will have mod powers (via a system of comittees) and a stake in the site (which will be renamed TCCOSE The Central Committee Of The Screaming Electron), the forums will be unionised and oral indulgences could go on strike if it was getting spammed by other forums.

if someone could forment unrest in the masses, it shouldn't be too dificult the way the mods oppress them. the masses could go on strike and the mods would have to delete each others topics. then whilst the mods fight amongst themselves the proles could pool their l33t hacking resouces and somehow "steal" the site somehow and reorganise it along more egalitarian lines, i dunno i'm rambling time to click that submit button

I feel this is so mis leading but this site is a private endeavor where Jeff H can do what he likes and let the mods do as they please and it just seems like a lot of ass kissing non sense.

that's a good thread, yep totse it's not a democratic system but if you think about that's why it works, most of the people are sheep and they just need a sheperd to guide them on the right path and hit them with a stick when they do wrong, like some of my muslim mates always like to say "Democracy is the mad's man law" and I have to say I quite agree with this stance!
