Overwhelmed
This ever happen to anybody else?
Last time it happened I was out in the surf and started thinking, really thinking. Thought about the universe, thought about everybody in the world, thought about other people looking at me and what they saw. All of a sudden I go extremely weak and nothing seems real, strangest feeling of my life. Happens every once in a while now...Any ideas?

Re: Overwhelmed
Accept these thoughts. Spend some time to just think about these kind of things. You'll walk away a better person.

Re: Overwhelmed
Well, we could have a beer. You could have spaced out and then noticed that you were tired. You know, I get those "nothing seems real" -feelings every now and then too. Usually it's in places I've never been to before, mostly outdoors. I'm an indoors person. Could it have anything to do with more oxygen to the brains?

i use anti-psychotics to overcome those feelings.i would use alcohol but in the long run it just makes things worse. at least for me. i think it's just the reality of the universe, how infinently big it is and how much our physcial bodys really do not matter. what you are doing is good though because it helps you understand yourself and your current place in the universe. i would suggested thining like that when you have a problem in life also. the best answers come during those times.

Re: Overwhelmed
My guess on what you should do....
Let it be a part of you and your being. Absorb it. Open up to it. Even if you don't understand it, just roll with it.
If it is useful for you and it isn't causing you problems to your daily funtion, thoughts, judgment and routine, accept it.
Again, I am not an 'pro' on what is going with you, it's just my guess on how you should handle this.
However, word of advise. Even though going to your doctor is a good idea, be careful on how you tell him about this.
