May I suggest heavy amounts of datura seeds, everyday, for about a year.

Become in touch with your emotional side.

Look at it with an intellectual side.

Be self-less on top of all.

Understand what comes to you and don't strive without propper opportunity, you have to wait.

Read.

Two things:

First put your attention on something real, like the feeling of your breath. It may be hard, but keep it there. For like 5 minutes.

Second, if you are hardcore you could take mushrooms. Kind of cheating though.

you need to stop touching your spiritual side.

i will second that. read every spiritual sacred text, The Bible, Hindu text, Buddist text, (not sure about the Koran) , but every thing spiritual you come across, read it. learn to meditate and pry. the biggest thing is fasting. after about a day you will start to become less grounded in physical things. that is why fasting was preached so hard in the past in almost every sacred text. hope this helps !

I don't want to learn about relegion just like aura's and spiritual things.
