i just dl'ed it yesterday. i'm on the second ep. now. the show itself has no plotline whatsoever except that there's a few main characters. the show is just like, well, a regular school day. only funnier and entertaining.

Azumanga Daioh is by far one of the best anime comedies out there. It is almost overwhelmingly cute and almost equally hilarious. The plot follows about half a dozen girls as they go through their days at high school. While that may not seem like the most interesting plot ever, Azumanga gets surprisingly deep while remaining fresh. The only disappointing about the show is that it eventually ends.

The easiest way to see whether or not this series is for you is to watch the first few episodes. If you laugh or smile at anything in those first few episodes, then you should acquire the show immediately - it only gets better.

Personally, Azumanga had me at the opening credits.

Guys! Guys! I bought volume 4 DVD!! (they did'nt have 1, those bastards) but so far it's goin' great!

except they gave Osaka a southern accent which just sounds a little weird.

The only problem is, I don't want my dad to see it, or see that i have it. It's not exactly the "manly" thing to watch. I don't want him to think i'm a pussy or gay or something.

but so far I really like it

IT'S SO FUCKIN' CUTE!!!!

lu, la lu, la lu

I'm in love with this
