sorry for digressing in my other thread, but how do you like FMA, the story, etc.

I like it a lot, the ending is the only thing that I think they rushed. If they would of just put in a couple more episodes in the end I would of been more happy.

I found the concept to be interesting and CarbonB, the movie was really great in wrapping things up.

I heard the story gets more interesting as you watch, but I stopped for some reason halfway through. But my friend tells me the manga is much better, so I think i'll just read those.

While FMA was a good anime, there was just something that made me hate it. Yes, you could say that I have a hate-love relationship with this anime. Must've been the heavy existentialism.

I liked it, some thing irked me without being able to put my finger on it. But i have seen some episodes again just for fun.

There is what? 52 episodes and a movie? The series is complete and I suggest just downloading it and not wasting your time on the TV to give consistent showings.

yeah i like FMA ALOT. I think it's the philosophy that really gets me. Ed is such a complainer. but i already know in the last episodes, ed transmutes himself to teh other side of the gate, and then someohw(i didn't wanna read that part) he comes back, but ed and al arn't together. sorry if i spoiled it.

To be honest i don't know, there are some good aspects of the show, but there is something about the series that turns me off.

Maybe the character profiles, they are kinda weak. And what exactly is the plot of the story anyway, to fix his brother's body? Iv'e watched several episodes but I can never catch on with the MAIN plot.

Originally, it was to have his brother ae a human body and fix his own body, but in order to do that, they need the Philopher's Stone, which is why they joind the military and bacame state alchemists. They now have the stone, but are unsure on how to use it. Ed also heard how the Homonculuss control the Government, and considering Ishbal, he went back there to find and kill them (finding out about the conspiracy, it gets deeper and deeper) and I believe Dante )(or Lira?) is the actual leader.

FMA is a master piece, it had a story that drew you in and killed off characters that you lived making you realize you had emotions for the show. The way it was animated was very beautifully done. The movie wraps everything up that the series left behind. Keep in mind though the anime's story is DIFFERENT than the manga's story. The manga in Japan is still being made, the story is still going there. So for all you hardcore fanboys, it does not have to end for you. There are translations of the manga on the net if you look hard enough.

I must say, the manga was amazing. But watching the episodes gives it a different kick. I keep watching just to see more differences between the two.

The storyline is innovative. It makes you question all your beliefs (especially if you're religious) and gives you a new perspective on what alchemy MIGHT have been like in the olden days. Besides, the animation is so fluid during action scenes, you can't NOT watch.

What the hell i just watched an episode of FMA. Edward is fighting Donte for like 5 minutes then he asks how she encountered the gateway suddenly u see that transmutation thing on the baby appear and boom Ed is out and sent to ww1 our world someone wonna fill in the gaps cuz it is really fucked up. questions what happen to Rose whats with that baby how does Donte send people through the gateway. What the hell happens to Ed now and his father? Does anything ever happen to Donte and the Homocule What does Donte use Al for someone fill me in
