Just got an 85 fuckin' dollar ticket for forgetting my seat belt on, I was just driving from the bank to Lordco for Christ's sake, fuck! And the cop asked me 3 times "are you sure you havn't been using drugs?" (i wasn't btw), I think he got the point the final time he asked me when i said "gee i don't know maybe I'm just so blazed i forgot what drugs i did, so yes maybe i have been doing drugs" that seemed to piss him off, well that combined with the fact that i had "fuck authority" playing fairly loud the whole time, just need to vent abit

I always ALWAYS wear my seatbelt now, i was wearing it when i flipped my jeep, and if I wasnt, my head would have been chrushed under the car, as it rolled over. My head went out the window, then came back because my seat belt grabbed me .

I usually do to, but i forgot because it was just a 2 minute long drive, how'd you flip your jeep? i drive one too

in hind site, now that it's a day later and im not so pissed, the cop was actually fairly nice, only gave me a warning for not displaying my "N" (another 80 something dollar fine), in case you people don't know what an N is, it stands for new driver and we have to have an ugly green magnetic N on the rear of our vehicle, far as I know only BC has adopted this.

There was a bill in the state legislature several years ago that wanted to give people with DUIs 2 options regarding their drivers liscense. Have it suspended for the specified amount of time, or get it back on the condition that you get a special plate that singles you out to the police. With the special plate an officer could pull you over and give you a breath test whenever he felt like it, if you ever failed, you went to prison. The bill didn't pass unfortunately. There's talk of bringing it up again. A guy in Albuquerque was driving drunk the wrong way down an interstate in a government truck(BIA) hit a car and killed 2 people on vacation. He had been arrested 9 times for DUI. That stirred up alot of shit in teh government.
