dumbass, this is where people shove posts that they dont want in their sections. its alot better than deleting them or closing the topic. plus people often make posts here instead of somewhere else where it would not fit thus less need for moderation.

The bitch and Moan forum cleans all of the shit out of the other forums, if it were not for this forum the entire BBS would be a shambles, crippled by all of the shitty posts some people flood this BBS with regularly.

Also topics are never closed in this forum, as this would be completely pointless it would just push the users involved into creating new equally shitty topics in the other forums. By leaving these topics open they are aloud to die in there own time when all concerned have had the chance to say all they have to say on the matter and keep these less desirable topics all in one place and under control at least.

Ive been on TOTSE for over a year now (used as another name of course ) and it was a lot better without this "great" part. A lot more people posted INFO worth reading.
