Ok..we have a formal dance at my school..a guy asked me, after him and his girlfriend broke up a week earlier. They had planned to go together still just as friends, but later she decided to talk bad about him and told his good friend she didn't want to go with him; therefore, he asked me. Then, his Xgirlfriend came up to me today and asked me if i was going with him. I asked if she was mad and she no...well kinda. And i said that i had thought that she didn't want to go with him ne more-- she said she actually did really want to go with him...

My question is, should I just not say ne thing to him and still go wtihhim or should I talk to him about it because I'm afraid if he knew she wanted to go with him, he might still want to go wtih her and i don't want to get in the middle of their relationship or have her mad at me.. What would you do?? please help
