He said that things like sulfur oxide and nitrogen get into the air and rain back down as small amounts of sulfuric and NITRIC ACID. would it be possible to go to L.A. and collect large amounts of rain and purify the nitric acid?

even if u had something as massive as a large swimming pool 2 collect the rain, i highly doubt that ud have enough 2 make nething of it. maybe if u did that 4 a month or 2 u might, but otherwise, no.
