Paintball Conversion
Is there anyway i can turn a semi automatic paintball gun to a fully automatic. Without spending hundreds of dollars or buying a fully auto. Like with stuff you can get from a hardware store. THANKS P.S. I have a semi automatic 68 cal Spyder.

Re: Paintball Conversion
Can you break it down, or at least access the sear? If you can, it's pretty easy, sort of. When it's cocked, the sear goes forward. When you fire, it levers so that the bolt can go forward, and the sear doesn't have the bolt pressure on it anymore, so it goes back, and it's too far from the trigger to have it stay down. If you manage to put something in there to keep the sear forward, but still have it able to pivot, it should work.

Re: Paintball Conversion
Mess with the sear like that and the bolt will cycle as fast as it physically can. This will mean that it will fire faster than balls can be loaded into it, and you will break a lot of paint inside your gun.

Re: Paintball Conversion
You really dont want a full auto paintball gun there is really no point. I have one and i keep it on semi all the times, paintball parks wont allow them and when i play games with my friends in the forest the wont lets me unless its 3 on 1(i took up the challange and got out 2 before a mask shot). It waste paint big time and gets anoying fast.

Re: Paintball Conversion
The ATS guns are great for scenario games. That's about the only good use for a full auto.
