Re: Favourite Classical Weapon :D
Depends what it's used for i guess. For sniping a Winchester model 70 (pre-64 of course) in the .300 H&H. For close in work a model 1921 Thompson with the 100 round C drum. Or the good old Schmiesser also known as the MP-40. Handguns, I prefer the 1911 colt 45

Re: Favourite Classical Weapon :D
I'd like to have a nice, traditionally crafted katana.
Oh, and if you like Broomhandles, make sure you check out the Chinese Shansi variant: A C-96 chambered for .45!

Re: Favourite Classical Weapon :D
All they did was put the flash hider from an M1 carbine on the barrel, scoped it, and glued some heat syncs on to it.
The Stormtroopers were using british Sterling Submachine guns.
Evil stormtroopers with british weapons, now that is no coincidence.

as they saiy beuty is in the eye of the beholder ;] as for the Star Wars guns you might also notice that Stormtrooper lasers are infact the British L2A3 Sterling 9mm sub-machine gun, and I've also clocked other Stormtroopers using German MG42s and snow Stormtroopers in TESB (Episode V) using a British .303in machine gun (the ones with the drum magazine on top), I forget the name, to fire at the Millenium Falcon as it escapes from the rebel base on Hoff.

Ho yeah... and the 45's WW2 Wise - Forget the name.. it has a repeated single round sound that has ammo the size of a small tank shell.. you see it in Saving Private Ryan... Ak-47.... Nah.... Most favorite classic weapon overall is the Colt45 Pairs...

Re: Favourite Classical Weapon :D
Hmm I see some Star Wars discussion here, the only thing I know is that Vaders helmet was made out of a samurias helmet and some other influences, but mostly the samurai if not only.
