Are fire crackers legal in the Usa? If they are tell me and ill delete this post by fire crackers im talking about the compact ones with black powder. Cuz if there not anymore its cuz some kid blew off his hand while fucking around with them.... they cannot illegalise them bcuz of some fuck up kid.

modern fireCrackers don't have black powder nor gun powder in them... it's some very mild form of explosive.
