right....ne1 have ne ideas on how to make a cheap + effective stun gun???

i have one way...:
For a close contact stun gun such as a disguised perse for a lady or a camera etc.
a used disposable camera with a flash light on it.

Dismantle the camera and run a wire from the contacts of the flash bulb to a couple of exterior small probes the normal button can be used or rerouted to a more convienient and safer place.

I could imagine a purse with two ornamental metal buttons that are ready at all times.
An on switch, so that accidental operation (dont kiss this girl), can be prevented.
And a start button that operates with pressure on some part of the purse.
The camera flash mechanisim is small enough that it can be hidden in some very small places about 25mm by 30mm and 6mm thick.
A 1.5 volt battery is used but 3 volts would possibly not overload the electronics as they will not be powering the flash bulb.
The power is enough to give a very good fright but not really hurt, unless the victim is prone to heart attack etc.

We get one of these "d00d how do i build a STUNGUN???/" topics about once a week.

In the end, it boils down to this: As self defense tools, stunguns are of questionable merit to begin with. In either event, except in places where they are specifically outlawed it is cheaper and far more effective to buy a stungun instead of attempting to build one.

I would like to see you try and stop someone with a camera, i made those thing son many times, like put them in remotes and stuff. Thay sting like hell sometimes and i even shocked my hemophlicac friend and his entire armed bruised, didnt know he had hemophila at the time, but they are know use in combat,.
