Well, I wouldnt rob a bank not enough potential cash for the risk, I would just steal very rare cars, its alot easier, quicker, and harder to trace, but thats just my opinion. However to help you out, I think that an EMP of some sort would be essential, at least for the cameras, I dont know if it would work on the alarm though, but I would like to know how they are set up. Also it would be best to do this in the winter time so you can inconspicuously wear large coats to hide your guns and make it harder to see your face until its absolutely neccisary. Other than that I think beatmeofficer and rlpinca have some great ideas, although I would go with the larger group, and would either make them people I *KNEW* I could trust or make them expendable and dump them with the cars, but if that were the case, staying in the US (assuming that you do live in the states) would be out of the question unless you were *VERY* well connected, but if that were the case you really wouldnt need to rob a bank.

some banks have a shit load of cash on hand... were talkin millions... cuz the federal reserve requires banks to hold a cash reserve of 10% of they're total deposits (10%?? shit! i should know for sure.. i'm an economics major, but i'll have to check on that one..) not only that but major banks borrow cash from each other day to day to meet this reserve requirement in case the feds audit them...

if you can get inside the vault then yes it could be worth it if you get away but you'd still need to launder the money...

but don't steal... it's bad n pisses people off...

Quite a few weapons there, i wold find it much simpler to go in with a sawn off shot-gun and a beretta 9mm or sumthing like it you need 1 person to be lookout and another to drive. the person who takes the money has the shotty and 9mm the driver has a rifle with a scope the lookout wears a coat and carries an uzi or mp-5 because it is small enough to conceal. all would wear class 3 or 4 kevlar you get the monet get to the car, somthing that everyone in the area drives around but faster for a quik getaway then take the car to a chop shop get it into pieces. split the money get into 3 different cars/trains/busses after you have changed your identity i.e hair beard. the cops wil be after you so once you get out of town lay low for a few weeks/months/years depending on how much money you took. once that is done launder your money and spend the cash or do it again. of course the simpler alternative is to get electronic money but either way is good

I must say, VERY sexy weapons, but how the hell do you expect to carry all of that? M-60 (I would go with a SAW) and an RPG even if you had the extra people to carry it, it would greatly cut into speed, and the objective it to rob the bank not destroy it, robbery of any kind is a crime of the mind, guns are just involved to improve speed.

if you mean the 2 guys in cali on 3-03-97, i would say they wanted to die. if you were to go into a bank to rob it and get the f**** out, bring too much gear? and the helicopters would follow your every move. so you have to be in and out before anyone could follow. but lets say if: then i would have 3 gun men. 2 with m16 with m203s. and the 3rd with a m249 or some other machine gun with large ammo box attachments like a m60. all guns would have steel bullets to punch holes into anything short of a tank. and if the pigs did come up on you then a m203 would make them keep their distance. and for a get away car a f150 super duty would do the trick. you could put a guy in the back to shoot at any chasing cars.

I think the real question is, how would you stop them from robbing YOU?

I am sure they won't satisfy the money if that is just a 100 bucks

first know how much there is as far as cash goes, and way the consquences of being shot or caught. (if you cant do the time dont do the crime). second wear body armor, use a reliable weapon like an ak and know the response time. create a diversion on the other side of town to keep swat occupied. you dont want to be holed up in a bank with a swAt team outside. allow yourself 2 minutes inside the bank no more, no matter whats left behind. have at least 3 vehicles at different points for the getaway and have a first aid kit and preferably someone with medic training. no fingerprints, hair, saliva, cigarette butts, clothing fiber etc. most important are the plans that involve what if? in high stress situations its hard to think straight, so try to plan for every possible worst case scenario

If it was me i would have my .357 and id go in at night and open some safe deposit boxes.

who said i'd pay my men? 4 people can keep a secret if 3 are dead. with all those weapons and ammo the bill for all of that be big. hardly worth the trouble.

the m-60 belt fed machinegun is a piece of shit that is constantly breaking firing pins. why not go for an FN-Mag58? one of the best LMG in the world or an mg-3? imagine being in a shootout and have your main support weapon go dow!
As for the ak-47, its still one of the most rliable weapons in the world bar none. But the point is you dont need the national guard armory at your disposal to do a bank unless your plan is to commit suicide in a firefight with the cops. like those 2 shitheads in L.A did.

my bank robbery would require not a single weapon all I would need is a device that spreads some kind of knockout gas through the bank in the morning before a lot of people will be there when everyone is knocked out walk in find the key open the safe steal the video tapes from the cameras (first I would make sure that the cameras arnt being watched from a police station or something) cut myself then strol out stop at Rita's waterise get a strawberry gilate then have someone else switch cars with me that looks the same in case they do get a picture of me and the car if they pull the person over and the person has a different blood type what are they gona do. They can say their car was stolen and then returned

4. When security becomes a problem for my crime, I will shoot indiscriminatly at staff and security.
5. Since the death toll is already at least 10 (maybe 15 or even 20), I will have to shoot off the rest of the staff, and kill the survivors.
6. Grab the money and shove it in a shopping bag. Throw cratermakers everywhere to generally cause damage.
7. Get in the car and drive off.
8. Change clothes, place clothes in the car.
9. Apply thermite liberally and burn the car to the ground.
10. Lord Mixtur has now robbed a bank, and it is all on tape!
