You can't class a weapon as the best in the world because for example an AK won't dispose of a tank but a Rocket Launcher will, but on the other hand you can't use a rocket launcher for close hand. All weapons have thier good and bad points.

Hey dickhead, I never questioned the existence. It is simply an extremely sensitive instrument that is not nearly reliable enough.

For starters, it is a defensive weapon. The ultimate weapon is offensive.

Secondly, being as it would be a tower, it would be a lightning rod.

Third, the power consumption required is already enough to invalidate it as a reasonable weapon.

Never doubted it's existence, only it's stature as a weapon that would be worthy of being called the ultimate.

It has a weakness. 135ft is NOTHING in terms of range, and it cannot even come close to the Railgun. Jesus Christ, a railgun shot to this device would kill everyone within 1000 ft of it.

See, I am hardly a dumbass son. I didn't deny the existence of the Tesla Coil. It is a devestating weapon, but it is not good enough.

How can you put a Tesla Coil even on the same level as a Neutron Bomb, or Nuclear Bomb?

The Rail Gun and it's many uses make it the best weapon available for purposes of decimation.

Tesla coils aren't weapons at all. They're giant high voltage transformers. You can't direct the sparks from a Tesla coil at a target except under very special circumstances (in other words, you set it up beforehand).

Not only is it not a viable weapon, but a tesla coil isn't a weapon in the first place.
