I am qurious if their i a process accomplishes the extracion of methylphenidate hcl from ritalin, too a smokable state. Or as it is a hcl formula would it just go crappy once you had cleand it as much as you could. or is their a sythsization process for shattering the hcl attoms?

Yes you can turn it into a freebase.
You can probably smoke the HCl salt as well.
Why would you want to free base it ansd smoke it anyways?
Try smoking the crushed up pill to see if it is worthwhile.
