Not unless one want's to make meta analogs of amphetamines. Although a reduction might get rid of it (the 3-hydroxy)

Meta meaning with substituents on the meta or third carbon around the ring from the amphetamine chain. Ortho is the carbons on either side of the first substituent, meta is the next two and para is the carbon directly across from the first substituent. Lets just say that phenylephrine is useless.
