IS it possible to get pottasium chlorate from safty matches using water. by grinding the powder off and putting them into water, leaving them for about a week or until they chrystalize.???

once you have the chrystals,by crushing them and mixing them with wax would it make plastique??? could you detonate it with a blasting cap???

would adding phosferus make any difference or just make it more unstable???
