I was just wondering, after more extensive study of course, whats a good newbie synth to try out. Would an attempt @ Methcathinone be a good place to start or perhaps an attempt @ DMT or MDA looking for a starting point and some suggestions on witch one to choose. Any input would be graciously welcomed.

methcathinone would be a great newbie synth especially if you use the zwitterion synth available on rhodium and god knows where else. its a good skill builder i guess but its usage, well ehh it isn't great.

another idea is to just make chems that are monitored like mdp2p,methylamine,chloroform, benzene etc... you can get cheap synths to do this at www.plans-kits.com/index2.html and on other free sites.... oh and you might wanna purchase acid diluted and stuff like tinctures and clean them up to the max purity you can get them, just an idea

there are mescaline synths out there that range from simple to extremely hard but i've only taken the time to read and re-read an australian eletrosynthesis that actually seems quite easy with the right equiptment

converting lsa to lsd would be an awesome newbie project with minimal chems and equiptment needed even for the lsa production.

DMT would be a good start but i wouldnt try it first. Personally i would wait before i subjected a semi-rare plant to solvents and shit and attempted a harder synth to get a purer cleaner product DMT wise.

Thnx for the opinions and good old THC extraction not a bad idea at all I have pulled of a real lazy mans extraction and have done extensive research into more involved extractions includeing using Hydrochloric acid to get just a few, been a while I believe it was, more cannibinol molecules to convert over to THC.

Fred, as far as something easy to start off on... I would say something that teaches the basics, like a/b extractions and such. Maybe start off extracting mescaline out of San Pedro cactus. That is easy and legal to get, and should teach some basic extraction methods. After you have played around with that read up on different info (distillation, refluxing, etc.) You will have to know this stuff for more advanced synths in the future.

a new bie synth, in my opnion is any one of the nano(small one grm)scale synths, curb shots or super ass mans(located at the hive), i havent read any here so i cant quote toste, may by i will right one......

doing nano gram reactions is a lot more difficult than doing say an ounce batch. sure its harder to get that many precursers but at least you will end up with some product.

why is that acid? i would think the average newbeie would have less of a chance to fuck up a nano scale than an whole ozzy, the ratios would proberly be the problem area's of a newbie's synth, hence why an ozzy wouldent be advised,

i think in the acid base, the ph adjustment would be the biggest hurdle(too much too little lye naoh), in my opinion any wayz, also reducing.

i just say that because if your doing a nano-scale rxn you hav NO room to fuck-up. Just from experience I would suggest an ounce reaction. Like I said before, you can fuck-up a little and still get some product back with a larger rxn. But thats just my opinion.
