TOM OGLE. (hence the term "ogle mobile") dead(murdered) inventor from late 70's from el paso who invented a fuel vapor system for automobiles. it basicly just used engine vaccum to suck gas vapors into the intake manifold.

What do you think a carb does? It turns fuel into a vapor which then gets sucked through the intake due to engine vacum.

but its not a true vapor with the conventional carbs. its just small atomized droplets. and they are burned in the combustion chamber, not exploded like they are suppost to.

You can't get gasoline to "explode" in the fashion you're referring to. Gas simply won't explode. The better the fuel/air mixture, the faster it burns. It won't actually explode, though. Why not make a hydrogen engine instead?
