i heard that they were gonna have supras again in the US?. anyone got any info on this?

Ohhhh... I hope so! I wonder how they would price them? Since the used market supra's hold a excellant value.

Youve got to be kidding the Supra is the best car of all time in my opion at least in looks once you get an engine in there I cant hink of a car id rathe have. I hope they re-reease it.

I expect the next gen of the "supra" should be released after Toyota branches off it's Scion line of vehicles. And at that time, i'm sure it'll be called another name. the supra is overrated, there are many better cars out there. Personally i'd like a car that can actually do more with 800hp than bring home 11 second timeslips, like supras seem to do. dyno queens with HP eating Drivetrains is all they are

Their is no point in getting a Supra if you wont modifie it for better times.

seriously, you've got to be kidding me! an American attept at a real supercar (that falls short against McLaren and Bugatti) and a Toyota that is an attempt at taking down american muscle cars?

well, I do agree that by far, a supra nor an S7 are the worst cars out there, that title goes to Yugo. however, I wouldn't call them the best, either. for price, you could find a newer Rex, modify the Suspension (it's real tailhappy in stock form.), and then lighten it with fibreglass body Panels. or, get something European. the quality of european cars is second to none. especially German cars. I'd say a 1989 Porsche 944 Turbo (red), or a 93' VW Corrado SLC (Black), or try and find a 73' MG B GT V8. british GT goodness with raw muscle under the hood. and yes, this is an actual stock production car (well, was).

i highly doubt it. i would have heard about it a long ass time ago. get an RX-8 if you had your hopes set high for a 2004 supra. thats mazda for all of those people like that ferret fucker.

yeees, although that costs more than an older rex. it may go faster in stock, but you have to pay over 20 grand for it.

Lets put thing in perspective here, part of a car being great is its price looks and performance with out all three being good and perportionate than it wont make a good car. McLaren has a price tag that is a much as a formula one car recently auctioned off i would like to see it perform like one of those, why pay that when you could get an Ultima GTR for 99 grand wich exelerates faster and is only 5 mph slower? Bugatti fall short of the Krogenshire in all Feilds, yet is less expencive this doent mean a Bugatti is a bad car.
As for American muscle
lets look at the Viper probably todays best american car, They look similar to the Supra but less streamlined. You could get a Supra and make it a 8 or 9 second car for the price of a viper.
If you are talking old muscel then dont compare it to todays cars. If were gona talk about 70's cars we will stick with a Cuda' either a 426 hemi or a 440 magum (witch many think is a better engine) but i like the Hemi with a shaker hood and six pack grill.
Also i never said either one of them were the best cars out their for raw performance, stlye, or price but they are one of the best mixes of all 3 thus they both are quite good cars. There are so many cars worth out their not one can be called the best, but when compared to the cars in their class and eras many cars stand out as greats. Every one has their own opions and no one has the right o criticize them for that.
You most like arent neary as much of a car enthusiast as me, if you critisize someone for their thoughts about cars then you are mauter enought to even drive a car much less race or show them off. I never told you to fuck off and your flaming is more imature than an opion, so slow down and think about what your typing before you send it and mabey one day you might have some friends.
