Looks engineered rather than 'touched up' but i could be wrong.
either way i would pay money that it doesnt run. (ie just for show)

It looks like a show car. you can see the I-beams underneath. the rear treads look like they came from an older shovel. the car's body looks like a '50s Edsel.
