Re: What kind of car do u need to do a wheelie in
A rear wheel drive car with a shitload of power and good traction. You push the skinny pedal down all of the way and you pop a wheelie.

Good point. Even with a strong drive train, you're going to be breaking shit left andright. Traction and power are good, but they lead to lots of breakage.

Re: What kind of car do u need to do a wheelie in
why do you need to know that? anyway, get a car, anycar lets says 1988 mustang GT modify it to 620 hp to 900hp, get a shorter axle and get the biggest tires you can and there you go, if you want to know how to get your car to 620 hp you can ask, but its too much work to type all that shit if you dont really want to know

Re: What kind of car do u need to do a wheelie in
I'm just curious. How did you come up with 620 as the minimum? Why not 600 or 650 or even 500(that could be enough in a light car)?
Or did you just throw out a random number?

Re: What kind of car do u need to do a wheelie in
actually i just thought that it would be somewhere around that for an 88 mustang, because i have a friend that owned one and he could get the wheels off the ground just barely and he had somewhere around that, a little less, but he had taken everything out of the car and it was a lot lighter than a stock mustang, so i kinda just threw a number out i guess, but it was semi justifiable.

Re: What kind of car do u need to do a wheelie in
It probably has alot to do with the rear end ratio and transmission too.
I guess your number makes sense. It could probably do it with a little less power than 620 if everything was just right. I've seen longer cars lift the front wheels with around 500 or so.
