The brady bill made all federalized dealers impose a three day cooling off period. Some states stepped in and added to this legistlation imposing a longer cooling off period.

What state do you live in? You realize that is not federal it's the state imposing this ridiculous law. One time i've purchased two guns in the same day here in florida and walked out with the guns within 15 minutes.

A exemption here in florida (and many other states) any concealment weapon permit holder is not requried to wait the three days. When I applied for my permit they performed a state and federal background check. Although each and every purchase they still run me through NCIC.

Well im all for that, but i like cold weather(i live in the mountains) i would die in florda anything above 75 degres and i go crazy.

Im moving to mountana in a couple years, ill be happy there, cheap colledge and homes.
