right does anyone know how to make good fake ids, if there any sites i could visit or anything i coudl buy..or just any tips....

Once again you haven't put enough information into your post. Like you post about counterfeit money you need to put things like how someone would use it and if you want it to purchase things, the minimum age possible to be on the card to buy what you want. The time and effort and equipment needed is all relative to these little kind of facts.

Why do you want to buy some fags?
In the locked post you that you're already 18, so you should already be able to get into 18-rated movies. Unless in England you have to be 19 to get into them.

but i do not think this is a DIY question although you are making a license yourself i think this more so belongs in bad idea's

The cheapest and easiest way you are going to find is to find a college or other sort of thing that produces its own ids with ages on them or that the age is implied by your having such an id. You need to find the real cheapo ones. THe schools that still make thier ids by laminating them. Then scan it edit it and laminate it. It can only really be used in places that aren't right near by the college or what not where people from there woul go otherwise they would recognise it 'cause they would know what that kinda id looks like. Stupid as it may sound, for the reasons you put down this often enough actually works.
