you have to gather fire chi around you and meditate for about couple hours before doing this (you could break your legs and get 9th degree burns), it's not like in cartoons or movies where you just power up real fast and shoot a fire ball out like ryu. you have to power up be shouting and using fire auras. how you ask? it's simple, take 60 years to meditate and collect energy/chi and use bits of your fire energy to shoot fire balls out of your hands. but power up first, and remember to use only 1.3% of your fire aura.

It's not that bad.The first time I used Ki or Chi what have you,I made my entire body warmer and the next day the room was warmer.
