kits? its public information. just call your city hall. Northern Cali has shitlods of them. Napa, Pittsburg (Cali), San Jose. all of them have acutions almost 2 times a month. My brother purchased a 1995 saturn minivan with only 8000 miles on it back in 1998 for 1700 bucks. no lie.
