Might one be able to actually mold a glass bottle or some type of glass into a bong like device. Not very much, I am asking for. Just say... a indent in the side of a glass cup so a screen & smokeable items may be put into it, lit easily, and sucked from the open end (where you would drink?)

OK go! ... I think this involves molding glass with very primitive tools. Keep that in mind.

You might be able to drill the glass and fit the bowl their, or you could have both the bowl and mouth peice come out the top of a bottle. I think molding or blowing the glass would be very difficult and require a lot of equipment.

Yea!! drill a very small hole into the side and fit a rather large screen down into it.

if you are going to chip,file or drill into glass fill the bottle up with sand or dirt first to it doesnt shatter as easy

you want to grind away the glass slowly with a special type of drill bit that can usually be found in a hardware store.

i made a glass bong out of a chemistry beaker a couple weeks ago. i used a dremal tool and a little pointed grinding bit and just slowly ground through it.

How 'bout a Gold Shlager bottle? Take a torch and burn threw the seal. Then place your stem inside and seal it up with the torch. TaDA! glassbong

My 80-year-old uncle makes hour glasses by hand, and thus has a nice little glass making workshop in his basement. Now I know not everyone has this luxury, but it's great that I can visit him every once in awhile and "see what shapes I can make with the glass".
