anyone here smart enough to make their own nigthvision devices? (like starlight, ir, uv, etc....)

i've seen a lot here, but not on this topic, so thought u ppl can help

A friend of mine made one in the 1970's and it used some radio-active elements, I think it was radium, but I'm not sure.

He later was mysteriously killed by the god damned cops, when he discovered that they were doing something with neurochemical and biological weapons. I don't know anything more about that.
