Default cluster stars...

after grinding a load up, i am now wondering if there was any point and are they not just better in a rocket, or is there something that i can do with them.

(cluster stars = commercial name for the round things in rockets that burn with bright colours)

also can we have a policy of just deleting the locked topics?

You might be able to use it in salutes, but the best uses are fountains and waterfalls, and probably a rocket comp.

If you want it to work properly, you'll need to put sawdust or some other non-explosive on top of the star and the bp under it. When I make my own candles, I also paint the stars with a priming position, though this may not be needed with commercially made stars.
